I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my family. The rooms were spacious, tidy, and offered a beautiful view of the golf course and hinterland, perfect for a family vacation. The kids had plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The gym and pool facilities were excellent, adding to our enjoyable experience. However, the dining options were a bit overpriced.
The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms with clean facilities and lovely views, but cleanliness could be improved. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to accommodate guests. The location is convenient for accessing Metricon stadium, but may not be ideal for disabled use in some cases. Dining options vary from great to disappointing, and the facilities are well-maintained with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The staff were so helpful and attentive to our needs, even surprising us with a bottle of wine after they heard about our previous hotel room ordeal. The location made our stay relaxing and convenient, but the room temperature was a bit warm for summer. The dining options were varied but fell slightly below my expectations.
The hotel offers beautifully designed rooms with an amazing marble spa in the bathroom, plenty of space for families, and lots of activities for the kids. The sunset views over the hinterland are large and extremely comfy, but areas for improvement include the need for more training in service and streamlining processes.
